The All-Russian scientific and practical conference "Ethnic Federalism: Searches, Problems, Solutions" was held online at Penza State University and brought together teachers, researchers, graduate students, undergraduates, bachelors from Penza, Moscow, St. Petersburg, Nizhny Novgorod, Tambov, Saransk.
The organizer of the conference, supported by the Russian Foundation for Basic Research grant, was the Department of Theory of State and Law and Political Science. The chairman of the organizing committee is rector Alexander Gulyakov, deputy chairman is a corresponding member of the International Academy of Comparative Law Alexey Salomatin.
A collection of materials was published following the conference.
