The Constituent Assembly of the Eurasian Information and Analytical Consortium was held in the Сivic Chamber of the Russian Federation with the participation of the Eurasian Economic Commission.

The  Association “Analytics”, the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation and the Institute of Scientific Information on Social Sciences RAS were organizers of this event. The purpose of the creation of the Consortium is contribution to improving the efficiency of the integration processes of the EEC countries based on their high-quality information and analytical support.

To participate in the work of the Consortium 56 leading scientific organizations, educational institutions, and state (non-state) analytical centers, including 21 organizations from neighboring countries had signed a memorandum. In addition, 612 leading experts, including 177 foreigners, expressed their interest in joint analytical work under the Consortium.

The Coordination Council includes government officials, prominent scientists, reputable  experts in analytics. N. Bordyuzha, Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Association "Analytics" was elected chairman of the Council. Y. Lenchuk ( the Director of the Institute of Economics RAS), M.  Eskindarov (the Rector of the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation), V. Salygin (the Director of the International Institute of Energy Policy and Diplomacy) were elected as co-chairs.

Alexey Gromyko (the Director of the Institute of Europe, RAS) was elected the Chairman of the Consortium Advisory Board.
